father’s day

Holidays in my family usually mean one thing: food.

We cook a lot. We eat a lot. Then we complain how full we are as we talk about food some more. (My brother-in-law claims it’s weird. It might be.)

Today was a great day, just chilling out in my parents’ lovely backyard, eating, rolling around in the grass with my niece and napping in the hammock. I am so thankful to have a wonderful family and especially an amazing father. He is the sort of man who is a servant first and leads by example of what a loving father and a husband is. I am so proud of him.

Love you, Dad!

Holidays mean the very same thing at my parents’ house. FOOD!

Glad you had a good day. We did too. :0)

Um, could your niece be any cuter?!

You know, I often ask myself the same question. And somehow, in some mystical way, she keeps getting cuter. I don’t know how it’s possible. 🙂
